=========== - This text describes the terms for using Warez-BB IRC network.
- 1 General Rules and policies

- 1.1 Objectives and network access
-------------------------------------------- - This network is intended to be a place for enjoyment and provide a means of communication between Warez-BB members - you're important to us. :)
- To avail our service, you will need your Warez-BB user account. You must abide by both forum and IRC ruleset.
- To start using our service, message our bot
- To/msg Warez-BB "YOUR_FORUM_USERNAME" "YOUR_FORUM_PASSWORD"
- ToThe quotes are a necessary part of the syntax.
- 1.2 Supported services
----------------------------------------------------- - This network supports services such as NickServ, ChanServ, VHosts etc. However, we make no guarantees that these services will work or suit your needs!
- 1.3 Rules
----------- - Be identifiable! Use a nickname which matches or resembles your forum login name.
- Your actions in our network must be civil. Be friendly to people in our channels.
- IRC is run by volunteer staff who spend time and effort to to help members - Do NOT disrespect their explicit wishes!
- If you abuse staff, they will /ignore you or abuse you right back. A busy staff may direct you to #help.
- Do NOT disrespect ANYBODY! Systematic swearing is disallowed!
- Do NOT use this server for any illegal purpose. It's unto you abide by your local laws and our network's laws. Illegal XDCC,FServe bots etc will be klined.
- Absolutely NO pornography, pedophilia, bestiality, S & M and any other topic of chat that we deeem unsuitable!
- Don't be lame - This includes using rude nicknames, flooding, spamming, racism, threatening members, disrupting conversations, asking to be an oper and other things.
- Clones, robots, scripts, automatisms etc are disallowed.
- Operators will remove you from the official channels if you disrupt harmony in our network! After this, you would be kicked from our network.
Further abuse of our service will result in the termination of your access to ALL our networks! - A Kick will earn a 30 minute ban from our forum and IRC!
- Any detected evasion will result in immediate and permanent
- ban on your Warez-BB account(s). Appeals on bans resulting
- from ban evasion will be ignored. Read §3!
- You have been warned!
- 1.4 Logging
---------------- - Users are subjected to monitoring by network admins.
- 1.5 Privacy and Security
------------------------------- - Your passwords are encrypted using SHA-1 and cannot be reversed to plain text easily.
- DCC and CTCP are disabled.
- Host mangling is enforced - This is not optional.
- Only staff have access to IP information.
- Users who want a VHost may add this to your scripts - /vhost warez-bb ircuser

---------------------- - Constructive feedback about the network is welcome. Please share them through our forums.
- Do NOT use forums to debate operators' decision or bans!
- Read §3! At best, you will be ignored and in the worst case, you'd be banned.
- 2.2 Feature requests
------------------------- - Send all feature requests to the channel operator. Do not PM an administrator in the forum. Do NOT create threads.
- 2.3 Staff Abuse
----------------------- - Any channel operator suspected of abusing his privileges will be investigated. The operator could be warned or have his access removed. Report repetitive abusive actions directly to the network admin!

================================== - Account termination should be discussed through support center!
- Access termination should be discussed with channel operators through #help in case of blocked accounts and through PM in case of network bans. Respectfully tell them why you should be allowed back on. Do NOT PM a network admin!
- Any other issue should be first sent to channel operator!
- The decision of IRCops is final. We reserve the right to disconnect you at any time without reason or warning - Remember, IRC is a privilege not a right!
- If you cannot understand or accept these terms, disconnect now.
